Millions of high school, college and professional athletes are looking for supplements, training and nutritional answers to help give them an edge over the competition—and an edge they can depend on, since recent news of athletes testing positive for banned substances (blaming supposedly “tainted” sports nutrition products) have left athletes, coaches, trainers and parents confused about which products they can trust to push them to the next level.

That’s why Inner Armour, decided to launch a line of sports nutrition supplements for pro, college and high school athletes that is banned-substance free and powerful. And how do they know they’re powerful? Because they have seen the results from testing them on the best athletes in the world: those at the Parisi Speed and Strength School, the nation’s authority in improving performance in all major sports.

With 45 schools across the country—and consultants the American College of Sports Medicine, the New York Giants, the New York Jets , the New England Patriots, Rutgers University, Arizona State University, the NFL Youth Football Foundation and Nike—the Parisi Speed and Strength School has trained more than 100,000 athletesfrom every majorsport, resulting in more than 125 NFL draft picks and record-breaking Olympic medalists.

“The Inner Armour supplement line is undeniably the most powerful muscle-building and performance-enhancing breakthrough I have ever seen our athletes use in my 17 years of training,” says Bill Parisi, founder of the Parisi Speed and Strength School. Martin Rooney, director of the Parisi NFL Combine Program also states, “It helped our athletes turn their muscles into massive record-smashing machines. The 2009 NFL Combine class of athletes was one of the biggest, fastest and strongest groups I have ever seen. Inner Armour products are the only ones that the Parisi Speed and Strength School uses, endorses and recommends to its athletes. Knowing everything inside is banned substance free, it’s the only supplement line we trust.”

With its six-product portfolio just recently added to every Vitamin Shoppe in the country, Inner Armour is quickly gaining momentum with a national audience. Each product—including Nitro-Peak protein powder, Nitro-Peak 50x liquid protein shots, Mass-Peak weight gainer, Phospho-Peak creatine/ATP optimizer, Training-Peak multivitamin performance packs and Glyco-Peak sports drink mix—contains some of the world’s most groundbreaking clinically tested ingredients in the actual amounts in which they were tested, without the use of any banned substances.

Each Inner Armour product also includes one of five free “Secrets the Pros Use” DVDs, which offer training tips used on Parisi Speed and Strength School athletes to increase strength, speed and agility. “These are the real training methods, straight from what we teach our pro athletes,” says Parisi.

Inner Armour refers to one of their products in particular, Phospho-Peak, as an athlete’s dream. “Athletes depend on their body’s ability to produce and reproduce ATP for strength, speed and power output,” they say. “Phospho-Peak maximizes muscle ATP levels by using clinical amounts of Peak-ATP, the world’s first oral bioavailable pure ATP, beta alanine, Creapure®, phosphates and Krebs Cycle intermediates, making it uniquely suited to maximize overall mass, muscle speed, strength and power.” In fact, Inner Armour’s science-based banned substance free Phospho-Peak formula has been shown to increase total lifting weight 28.2 percent and increase total reps 18.5 percent.

As Inner Armour’s vision of bringing athletes the most effective and respected clinically tested banned substance free supplements available is realized, they are proud to have a hand in helping shape the next generation of top athletes. To all the readers of this blog, I am proud to announce the addition of two more DVDs to our training library. These DVDs are a result of the feedback I received about the other 10 DVDs in our series that I have produced over the last 5 years. Since our previous DVDs focused on training without speed equipment, it was often requested that I produce a DVD on how to train with the speed training equipment we use at the Parisi Speed School. The GameSpeed Change of Direction and GameSpeed Linear Speed DVDs are the fruit of those requests.

Although each of these 2-Disc DVDs contain dozens of exercises using the featured equipment we use at our school, I also made sure that they contain new training progressions and protocols as well. If you have enjoyed our previous DVDs, these new products will really be a complement to your training library.

To find out more about each DVD, you can click:

Using the following link, will give you access to a special price for purchasing both DVDs at once in our parisischool.com store.

I thank everyone for their interest in our training products and I look forward to bringing you more information in the coming years.

Yours in Strength,

Another Great Year At The NFL Draft for Parisi's!

This weekend was the conclusion of another NFLCombine/Draftseason. The NFL Draft was held this past Saturday and Sunday at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. The draft is an agonizing time in which prospective athletes wait in hopes of getting their name called as one of the 255 picks selected by one fo the 32 NFL Franchises.

The Draft is influenced by an athlete's college career, their Combine and Pro Day Scores, their physical makeup, their character, their injury history, and their visits with NFL teams. With all this data, teams then make a selection on who they would like as a member of their team next year.

Since 2001, the Parisi Speed School has had 127 athletes drafted into the NFL. This includes the 10 picks that were selected from our program this weekend. As usual with our program, numerous of our athletes picked definitively enhanced their draft status through their combine and pro day performances. Most notably were Jason Williams (who didnt even go to the Combine, but got draftedin the 3rd round after running the fastest Linebacker 40 in the nation at 4.4), Deon Butler (who ran 4.31 and jumped into the 3rd round) and Lawrence Sidbury (another small school athlete that ran 4.53 at 270 pounds and shocked the combine).  When looking at the list below, you will also notice that many of the schools were small schools.  This is another testament to the results that these athletes achieved.

Below is the list of all the picks this year. They join other Parisi athletes such as Pro Bowlers Leon Washington, Owen Daniels and Osi Umenyora as well as NFL Standouts like Dunta Robinson and D'Qwell Jackson on our list of future stars.

Here is Martin Rooney, Chris Long, Howie Long and Bill Parisi after a training session at the facility this past week.  Howie was in to observe the training for his son and gave some valuable insights into the training.

Chris has been working out at the facility for the last 4 weeks and we are sure the All American and Defensive Player of the Year is going to impress at the NFL Combine this February.

Here are some more shots of Chris training and we will keep you posted of his progress toward becoming one of, if not the top pick in the 2008 NFL Draft this April.
